Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original minimalist packaging to ensure they are protected during transit.
Print and Attach Label
Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it, and affix it clearly to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
